Reverse tiers for shopping cart?

I think it would be better (at least as an option) for items to be sorted by how many crafting steps it takes to make them from the base crafted/purchased materials (i.e, Cotton Boll is always tier 1, Cotton Yarn is always tier 2, Undyed Cotton Cloth is always tier 3)

This way, the lowest tier would contain every item you need to begin crafting, and the same item wouldn't appear in multiple tiers.
